When I began thinking of ideas for my first project, I thought of how most dispruptive technologies are perceived. I decided that when innnovative technologies are first developed, they are raved about by early adopters. These early adopters, I would guess, may have very well referred to the technology in question as, "the best thing since sliced bread." If sliced bread is the standard for all great innovative technologies, then sliced bread must have been disruptive in its own right. After conducting research and interviewing parties closely involved in the situation, I was able to put together an in-depth retrospective account of sliced bread's rise to greatness. I used Flash to animate this project, and my friends Kurt, Drew, and Andrew were kind enough to lend their vocal and musical talents to enhance this humorous (if I do say so myself) creation. Enjoy! |
